How many sessions would you like to book for the upcoming or current calendar quarter? 


Planning ahead and working out with a buddy or two saves you in more ways than one:


1-3 DATES

30 minutes for $20, 60 minutes for $30, or 90 minutes for $40.

Add one or two buddies for $5 each  per 30-minute session.


4+ DATES

30 minutes for $10, 60 minutes for $15, or 90 minutes for $20.
Add one or two buddies for $5 each  per 30-minute session.


Example 1: Purchase six  30-minute solo sessions and your total cost is $60.

Example 2: Purchase six 60-minute sessions with one buddy and your total shared cost is $95.

Example 3: Purchase one 30-minute session with two buddies and your total shared cost is $30.

Example 4: Purchase four 90-minute sessions with two buddies and your total shared cost is $90. 


  • If you miss a planned, paid session within a quarter, we encourage you to rebook within the same quarter using the appointment scheduler. If asked, we will help you rebook. 
  • However, there will be no refunds or rollovers for missed sessions.
  • Calendar quarters begin on the first of January,  April, July, and October. You may book anytime for the remainder of the current quarter.
