Choose: (1, 2, or 3) 30-minute workout slots, reserved for you plus one or two buddies.


Choose daily from the following types of workouts. The first two choices  are pre-timed and sequenced with just the equipment you need already set up for you. They are designed for moderate intensity, but we help beginners pace themselves and the experienced exerciser opt for more challenging modifications.


High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) draws from a variety of strength, cardio, flexibility, balance, martial arts, dance, yoga, and playground exercises and moves. Intensity varies daily to provide periodization over the course of each season.


Barre includes intense posture work at the ballet barre emphasizing hips, butt,  and legs; mat work to improve strength of muscles around joints; advanced abdominal work; and repetitive, low-volume resistance work for upper arms.


Yoga establishes and reinforces mind-muscle connections; enhances balance, focus, and mindfulness; and helps you retreat from external stimuli.  We provide recommendations on yoga apps or you may bring your own meditation, stretching, or physical therapy routine. Full room mat, peaceful space, privacy.  Lengthen, strengthen, restore, breathe. Namaste.
